Registration Deadlines:
Apparel by April 16, 2012 – pre-orders for apparel are now closed
Regular registration fee available through June 15th
After June 15th a late fee will apply
Registration for children 16 and under is free!
NWTR CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY:
BEFORE JUNE 1ST:
Refunds cancellation of registration fees, camping/RV and meals can request to be refunded before June 1, 2011. Administrative fees of $20.00 will be assessed for processing these refunds. You must submit a written request by mail, including a SASE (self addressed stamped envelope) for a quick return. PLEASE NOTE: Refunds will not be made on apparel items after April 16, our apparel ordering deadline.
