July 1, Friday

  • Noon–9pm, Rider Check in at Mukogawa Fort Wright (unsupported optional rides are available).
  • Noon–9pm, Expo Booths Open. Located near Commons area at Mukogawa Fort Wright. Booths will remain open through the evening until traffic slows.
  • Noon–5pm, Bicycle Tech Support (sponsored by Bicycle Butler) will be available in Commons area for any last minute assistance.
  • Noon–6pm, Massage Therapy appointments are available from AICM (American Institute of Clinical Massage).

July 2, Saturday

  • 7:30am–8:30am, Late check-in at Mukogawa Fort Wright Institute.
  • 7:30am–3pm, Bicycle Tech Support (on roads) Sponsored by North Division Bicycles.
  • 8:30am, Mass Start for supported short, medium and long rides. Printed ride maps available at check-in.
  • Noon–5pm,  Expo Booths Open. Located near Commons area at Mukogawa Fort Wright.
  • Noon–5pm, Massage Therapy appointments are available for all riders.
  • 5pm, NWTR Steering Committee Meeting, Commons Area.
  • 6–7pm, Social Hour in the Mukogawa Commons Room.
  • 7pm–10pm, Annual Northwest Tandem Rally Banquet Join us for dinner and music in the Mukogawa Commons Room. No-host bar featuring Northwest beer and wines, door prizes, great live music and lots of fun!

July 3, Sunday

  • 8am–9am,  Ride Start Times (non-mass start). Supported short, medium, medium-long and long rides. Printed ride maps available at check-in.
  • 7:30am–3pm, Bicycle Tech Support (on roads) Sponsored by Wheelsport Bicycles.
  • Noon-5pm, Massage Therapy appointments are available for all riders.
  • 3:30–6:30pm, Afternoon Outdoor BBQ on the Mukogawa Grounds

July 4, Monday

  • Unsupported Optional Rides, All Day. See check-in table for ride ideas.
  • Downtown Spokane 4th of July Celebration. Don’t miss the Inland Northwest’s biggest and best 4th of July Celebration held at Riverfront Park. Enjoy a fun filled day in the park with a parade, music, free kids activites, roving performers, food vendors, exhibitiors and displays, the Northern Lights adult beverage garden and fireworks display starting at dark. All Day.

Bicycle support is available onsite until 11am, Monday.
